When a dumpster area starts collecting overflow junk, it rarely stops on its own. Broken appliances, old furniture, cardboard piled high, loose debris scattered across the ground - it compounds fast. And once that area gets blocked, trash service gets complicated, which only makes things worse.
This was a repeat client - a commercial property that needed us back out to clear things out again. That alone tells you something. When a property manager keeps calling you back, it means the work actually got done right the first time. We take that seriously.
Here's what we were dealing with: a covered dumpster enclosure packed with a large wardrobe, clothing, a portable AC unit, overflowing bins and boxes. Outside along the building, multiple appliances stacked against the wall - dishwashers, a water heater, a washing machine drum. A separate bin area buried under collapsed cardboard boxes and miscellaneous waste with no clear path to the actual trash cans. It was a lot.
We cleared it all out. The enclosure went from wall-to-wall junk to open floor space with a single trash bin and room to move. The side of the building - completely cleared. The bin area - clean and accessible again. Our trailer was loaded heavy, and we finished with a swept finish on the enclosure floor so the space was actually usable when we left.
This is the kind of work that matters most for property managers. A messy dumpster zone isn't just an eyesore - it's a liability and a headache for trash service. We handle debris removal for commercial properties regularly, and we know how to get these spaces back in shape without making a bigger mess in the process.
