Old Furniture, Cardboard, and Clutter Gone Fast

Sometimes the timing just works out. We were already in the neighborhood on another job when we got the call - old furniture on the curb, a pile of cardboard inside, and a space that needed a proper cleanup before the next chapter. We swung by and got straight to work.

The furniture removal part was straightforward. A large sectional sofa and a recliner chair were sitting out front, marked free and going nowhere. We loaded them up and cleared the curb completely. No more eyesore sitting out front waiting on a taker who never shows.

Inside was a different story. A full room of broken-down cardboard boxes - moving boxes, packaging from holiday decorations, all of it stacked and scattered across the floor. We gathered it all up, hauled it out in armloads, and got it onto the truck. That room went from cluttered to completely empty.

We finished with a thorough vacuum of the carpeted room. That last step matters more than people think. When a space is being handed off - whether it's a rental, a sale, or just a fresh start - walking into a clean, vacuumed room feels completely different than one left with debris on the floor. It's a small thing that makes a real impression.
