This Idanha lot had been sitting neglected for a while. Scattered across the property was a pretty wild mix of junk - tires, old furniture, tarps, buckets, metal scraps, a surfboard, household items, and more. The kind of stuff that piles up over years and starts to feel impossible to tackle on your own.

We came in with two trailers and got to work. All told, we hauled out over 20 tires along with two full trailer loads of debris. Rain and mud didn't slow us down - this is the kind of work we're built for. When a property has been sitting like this, you have to be organized about how you stage and load everything, or the job gets messy fast.

Vacant property cleanup is one of those services that can feel overwhelming from the owner's side. You might not even know where to start, especially when junk has been accumulating in different spots all over the lot. We break it down section by section and work through it systematically. That's how a job this size actually gets done in a reasonable amount of time.

By the time we were done, the lot had gone from a scattered mess to cleared ground. No more tire piles. No more random debris tucked between the trees. Just a clean slate the owner can actually work with - whether that's holding the property, selling it, or developing it down the road. That's the whole point of what we do.
